CONCEPT
Whether your starting point is a hazy idea, a sketch on a napkin or a full-blown design that just isn’t functioning as needed, Miro can take your concept and run with it. As an experienced 3D Design Engineer known for his ability to solve mechanical engineering challenges that others cannot, Miro will work with you to meet your project objectives and budgetary requirements. 

DESIGN
After you retain Miro as the project’s mechanical design engineer, you will receive a tailored design proposal coordinated to your concept, for your preliminary review. This will be an elegant presentation of your ideas, for your project management’s final design approval. 

PROTOTYPE
For some projects, having a working prototype for product integrity evaluation purposes is vital. Luckily, prototype development is one of Miro’s specialties. Creation of the 3D data files needed for rapid prototyping technology and/or CNC machining can be included in your project’s scope. 

REFINE
After your prototype has been put through its paces, Miro will make all necessary final revisions and improvements to the components, to get the final product ready for the manufacturing phase.

DRAWINGS & FILES
You will get expertly created 2D drawings for production, prepared according to ANSI standards. Accompanying these drawings will be a complete bill of materials. Depending on the project details you will also receive the necessary CAD files for CNC machining, tooling, injection mold creation and/or sheet metal fabrication. 

MANUFACTURE
Miro Design Consulting™ will diligently work with your manufacturers to support the fabrication of your final product delivery.
